Overview
A full refurbishment of a high-end residential property in Bellevue Hill, Sydney, incorporating a bespoke electrical installation and integrated Control4 smart home system. Acting as Project Manager and Lead Electrician on behalf of DJH Electrical, I oversaw the delivery of the electrical works from early stages through to completion.
Scope & Delivery
The project included a full rewire, lighting installation, power distribution, and smart home integration throughout the property. Close coordination with the builder, designers, and AV specialists was required to ensure all systems aligned with the overall design intent and client expectations.
Particular attention was given to lighting layouts and control systems, ensuring seamless integration between traditional electrical installations and smart home functionality.
Outcome
The project was completed to a high standard, delivering a fully integrated and reliable electrical system tailored to a premium residential environment. The final result combined performance, functionality and a clean, high-end finish throughout.
