Full commercial electrical fit-out delivered for a bowling and arcade venue, including power, lighting and infrastructure installation.
Overview
This project involved the full electrical installation for a large-scale bowling and arcade venue in Dee Why, delivered within a fast-paced commercial fit-out environment. Acting as Project Manager and Lead Electrician on behalf of DJH Electrical, I was responsible for overseeing the electrical package from initial installation through to final commissioning.
Scope & Delivery
The installation included complete power and lighting systems, containment, and electrical infrastructure across the venue. Managing a team of eight electricians, I coordinated daily site activities while working closely with the main contractor and multiple subcontractors to maintain programme and ensure smooth sequencing of works.
Given the complexity of the environment and the number of trades involved, clear communication and structured planning were essential to avoid delays and maintain progress.
Outcome
The project was delivered on programme, with all electrical systems installed to a high standard and ready for client handover. The completed installation supported the operational requirements of a busy commercial venue while maintaining a clean and organised finish throughout.
