A large-scale residential refurbishment project in Croydon, delivered on behalf of Elite Renewables. This ongoing project involves a full electrical installation across a high-spec property, requiring close coordination with multiple trades, designers and client representatives.
Scope & Delivery
The installation includes a full rewire, advanced lighting systems with Lutron control, and infrared heating integration. Due to the complexity of the project and evolving design requirements, a flexible and proactive approach has been essential throughout.
Significant coordination has been required to align electrical installations with bespoke joinery, interior design elements, and AV requirements, often adapting to changes as the project progresses.
Current Progress & Outcome
The project is currently ongoing, with first and second fix works progressing across multiple areas of the property. The installation is being delivered in stages, maintaining quality, organisation and clear communication throughout.
